The VISIT
A visit lasts 2 hours, after a quick health and safety briefing, we say hello to our 3 little pigs. Next stop is the boys’ paddock where the hand feeding starts, and we tell you as much, or as little, as you would like to know about alpacas. Then a short walk up the hill to the girls’ paddocks. Once they have gobbled up all the food from your hands, it is time to chill out and enjoy some cuddles and strokes and just sit and watch the world go by. If it is wet, we sit in their shelter. Finally, we walk back to the pigs and give them their treats and if it is not too muddy they love a belly rub. It is all very relaxed, you can stay with the alpacas longer rather than the pigs if you prefer and take as many pictures (for personal use) as you want.
ADULT ‘PACAPASS
£24 per adult (16+)
CHILD ‘PACAPASS
£12 per child aged 5 to 15
Under 5s are free when accompanied by a paying adult. No more than 3 children per adult.
FRIENDS & FAMILY ‘PACAPASS
£70 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Your time slot is booked exclusively for your party to ensure that your party has the best experience and we can give you the warmest of alpaca welcomes and keep all of us animals happy and safe.
PRIVACY POLICY
Wye Valley Alpacas will only hold your personal data until your visit has taken place when it will then be deleted from our systems.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the weather is horrible the visit can be rescheduled or a voucher valid for 12 months.
- Visits can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the booking by either party.
- We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a visit due to circumstances beyond our control – such as a sick animal needing attention. A voucher or refund will be given if rebooking is not an option.
- Any other refunds will only be given at the discretion of Wye Valley Alpacas Ltd.
